Returns Policy for Gifts

To make gift shopping stress-free, we offer an extended return period for all holiday purchases.

Extended Returns Until February 1st, 2026

Any items purchased as gifts between November 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 are eligible for return or exchange until February 1st, 2026.

This gives recipients plenty of time after the holidays to decide whether they would like to keep or exchange their gift.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Any accessories, manuals, or included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Returns opened due to manufacturer defects are fully covered


How to Start a Gift Return

Simply contact our customer support team with the order number or the name/email of the purchaser. We will assist with:

  • Providing the return instructions

  • Offering exchange options

  • Processing refunds to the original payment method


Faulty or Damaged Gifts

If a gift arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
