A collection that sets the scene for a magical Christmas. Our mixed baubles are handmade – mouth-blown by artisans in India from glass. They come in a set of 24 and include four different designs: a clear glass pinecone, flocked chocolate-brown, white glass and a ribbed mercury onion. Detailed with an antiqued metal cap and soft grey velvet tie, they’re just the right size to decorate our 3.5ft tree, or to be styled with other ornaments on larger trees.

 

This piece is crafted by hand. Variations in design may occur.

Artificial Christmas Trees

 

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers: 

  • Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
  • Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.

 

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

 

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

What types of Christmas trees do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of premium artificial Christmas trees, including traditional fir styles, flocked (snowy) trees, slim-space trees, pre-lit LED trees, and extra-full luxury trees. Every tree is designed to look realistic, assemble easily, and last for many seasons.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location. During peak holiday periods, shipping may be slightly longer—so we recommend ordering early to ensure on-time arrival.

Do the pre-lit trees come with replaceable bulbs?

Yes. Our pre-lit trees use long-lasting LED bulbs, and many models include replacement bulbs in the box. If a single bulb goes out, the rest of the strand will continue to shine.

Can I return or exchange a tree or decoration?

Absolutely. We offer a 1st of February, 2026 holiday return policy as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

How do I store my Christmas tree after the holidays?

We recommend storing your tree in a cool, dry place using a dedicated tree storage bag. Gently compress branches toward the trunk and keep lights wrapped loosely to prevent damage. Proper storage helps keep your tree looking beautiful year after year.
